Two major types of cross-linked PE foam are:
1. Irradiated Cross-linked polyethylene foam(IXPE FOAM) is very fine celled microcellular foam. Irradiated cross-linked foam is used for medical applications, heart forming, and high end protective packaging and consumer products. This foam can actually be printed on very clearly.
2. Chemically cross-linked foam(XPE FOAM) also has good physical properties, but has a larger more random cell structure. Chemically cross-linked foam can also be used for packaging, heat forming and a large variety of applications.
Single foaming structure can reduce the loss of heat between air convection, suitable for making heat preservation pipes and boards. Good anti-dew capability, suitable for humid environments like refrigerators, air-conditioners and ice houses, etc.
Soft texture and good resilience enable foam to have a shock absorption effect and play a protective role.Semi-hard quality foams have good rebound capabilities after strong impact, suitable for the packing of instruments, semi-conductors and electronics, etc.
Good sound and noise absorption capability, suitable for sound absorption and insulation parts of automobiles, electro-motors and other equipment and environments with loud noises.
This product has fire-blocking and smoke-reducing property, when burned, its density is very low and doesn't melt, without any small fire ball left and with the merit of self-extinguishing. According to the standard of GB/T 8624 Method for grading flammability of construction material, this is the flame resistant product of grade B1 enabling to secure the satiety
Low conductivity factor
Conductivity of this material is 0.034 w / mk at an average° C. As this product has high heat-releasing ratio, it can get the same heat-preservation effect at less half thickness of other insulating product under the same condition, saving not only space but also cost.

What is closed-cell?
Polyethylene foam is closed-cell, meaning it consists of cells so tightly packed together that it gives the appearance of one uniform structure.
The reality is that the individual cells within polyethylene foam do not physically connect to one another.
This cellular formation is similar to fish caught in a fisherman's net.
Why choose Low-density polyethylene foam?

What's the order procedure?
First we discuss foam products details by email or TM. Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. usually takes 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
How can I pay you?
After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (ABC bank) and Paypal, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using for freight fees of PE foam samples.
How do you take care when your clients received defective foam products?
replacement. If there are some defective foam products, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
